"Oh my gosh, I’m a totally new person! I have so much more energy now and I’m always up for fun activities with my kids—like hiking a 14,000' mountain on my birthday, tubing in a creek, and mountain biking. I make my workouts a priority and actually look forward to them. I don't love meat, but I’ve found other tasty ways to get my protein in. I’m confident, and I actually enjoy picking out cute outfits now! All of these changes have made me happier and helped me focus on healthier habits, which means work stress has really gone down. I love my body and feel so proud of my hard work—something I wouldn’t have said just six months ago."

What would you say to someone who is contemplating signing up with us?

"You can't change your body if you do not change your habits. Take it little by little, do not try to change everything at once. Be honest with your coaches, they want to see you succeed. If you trust the program and trust the process - you will get what you want."

"Where do I begin! Overall I feel strong, my sleeping is much better (I didn't realize how much this impacted your overall health) I am making much healthier choices for food, I've realized how much of a negative impact alcohol was having on me, I've significantly changed those habits, only having a few drinks on special occasions vs a beer or two each night. I wanted to be ready and rested for my next workout. I really started to crave the workouts and making sure my body was ready to get the most out of each day. The clarity of mind has also helped me at work. I use to prioritize everything else but myself, my body or working out, or even just making excuses. Now I have built in a healthy schedule to ensure I can focus on me so I can support my family, my work and myself. Finally, my body has definition and muscle!"

What would you say to someone who is contemplating signing up with us?

"You'll never make a better choice in your life. For 5 years I struggled with finding a program or approach that I was passionate about and motivated to do. The program has positively impacted my life in so many more ways than just losing belly fat (which it did!). You will feel stronger, look great and overall be more confident. You'll never be in better shape than after this program and be able to continue with the habits built for a lifetime."

Is there anything else you'd like to say to us?

"My wife would like to thank you for getting her husband (me) back in shape. The love handles are GONE and I'm able to fit into all of my awesome clothes that have been sitting in the closet for a while. I feel confident going to the pool and taking my shirt off, I'm in a much better place mentally and physically. The check-ins, assessments, adjustments and attentiveness were absolutely noticed and appreciated. In the past, what were some of the things you were truly struggling with on a regular basis?

"My main struggle was controlling what I ate. Over time eating became a comfort to anesthetize pressure, guilt, frustration, or disappointment. Of course eating was also a reward to celebrate success as well. I needed to break the cycle of excess calories that were psychological in nature."

"I tried all the fad diets, no carb, fasting, even HCG"

Before signing up with us, what made you choose to finally reach out for help?

"I had been heavy as long as I can remember but over the last 6 years my weight had really exploded. I work in a sales and consulting role that requires entertaining over as many as 15 meals a week. Last Oct, 3 things happened that pushed me over the edge. One I crossed over 300 pounds. Max was 308. Then my wife and I had our caboose, Lewis, our 5th child. I am 40. I looked down at this baby boy and wondered what his life would look like. When he’s 10 I will be 50. When he is at his most athletic I will be in my late 50’s. Am I going to be able to be a father to him, or was I going to be on the couch battling health issues? I was scared of where I was heading and the failure of leadership that I would inevitably produce. The last was that I accepted a role as an elder at our families church. How can I instruct and encourage young men and women in discipline when I can not discipline myself? Something had to change."

How has your life improved as a results of working with us? What is different about you today from the person you were before joining?

"The most important change in my life now is that it has discipline in my diet and exercise. I have a roadmap towards incremental constant improvement. I have goals to meet every day. Is every day perfect, no. But I know exactly what to do to get back on track the next day. I no longer use food as a reward or a comport. Food is just fuel. No do I enjoy eating out, or a great meal, of course. I fit it into the plan, or I save it for a refeed day. From a practical perspective, I have never felt better. I have lost over 60 lbs and gone from a 44 waste to a 36-38. I can now shop for pants ant any store. (Do you know how embarrassing it was to go into stores and not find a pant in your size? Then you have to go to a fat person store. As a professional in the world of finance, it was humiliating.) I have a lot more energy, to be my best for my kids, my wife, and my other responsibilities."

What would you say to someone who is contemplating signing up with us?

"If you are finally done lying to yourself and ready to accept accountability for your health then you need a professional trainer that will give you that accountability and customize a plan to you."
